Applied Polymerics was contacted by Yates Construction Company by reference of the North Carolina DOT.  We worked with the general contractor in various locations throughout the city on specific locations deemed critical to the engineers office. We were asked in one specific location to re-establish a stream bed that had washed out the adjacent bank and threatened to wash out the foundation of a residence. Applied Polymerics was able to go in and build a synthetic wall using soil stabilizing resin Prime Resins. We had the ability to re-build the retaining wall of the stream to give a good foundation to re-introduce heavy Rip-Rap to hold the stream. The project showcased an ability to use many diverse products to achieve customer demands.
